প্রথমে আপনার একটি slot book করে Selvem-এ onboard হতে হবে। এরপর আপনার skin concern, current routine এবং বর্তমানে আপনার কাছে থাকা skincare products সম্পর্কে আমরা জানব।
এরপর একজন dermatologist video call-এর মাধ্যমে আপনার সাথে কথা বলে আপনার skin concern assess করবেন এবং আপনার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় products ও routine নিয়ে একটি personalized skincare plan তৈরি করবেন।
Product order করার পর সেই products কীভাবে ব্যবহার করবেন এবং routine কীভাবে follow করবেন, সে guidance-ও দেওয়া হবে।
এছাড়া আপনার skincare journey চলাকালীন 24/7 customer support পাওয়া যাবে। কোনো সমস্যা বা confusion হলে support পাবেন। আপনার skin-এ visible improvement না আসা পর্যন্ত আমরা আপনার journey-তে support দিয়ে যাব। Doctor-suggested full routine শুরু করার ২ মাস পর আবার Doctor-এর সাথে একটি free follow-up session-ও থাকবে।

Onboarding-এর সময় আপনার কাছে বর্তমানে থাকা সব skincare products-এর ছবি share করতে হবে, কারণ সেগুলো বিবেচনা করেই আপনার personalized routine তৈরি করা হয়। আপনার কাছে থাকা কোনো product আপনার জন্য suitable হলে সেটি routine-এ রাখা হবে, তাই সেটি আবার নতুন করে কেনার প্রয়োজন হবে না।
তবে onboarding-এর সময় কোনো existing product-এর তথ্য বা ছবি না দিয়ে পরে জানানো হলে যে সেটি আগে থেকেই আপনার কাছে ছিল, সেক্ষেত্রে আপনার full routine order-এর জন্য onboarding fee adjustment/refund প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
